Delivery Commitment
SwapStix is dedicated to delivering your order in perfect condition to the address provided during checkout. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide an address where the order can be received during normal business hours.
Delivery Restrictions
For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, military bases, or addresses that cannot be verified. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete.
Shipping Costs
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders within the United States.

Handling & Order Processing
- Handling Time: 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time, GMT-8)
- Transit Time: 3-7 business days
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 working days from order confirmation
Shipping Times
Average transit time within the U.S.: 3–4 business days.
Please note: Transit times exclude weekends and public holidays.
How the Swap Box Works
When you receive your order, it will include your new controller, a prepaid return shipping label, and simple instructions. Pack your old controllers (up to three, working or broken), attach the prepaid label, and drop the box off with your preferred carrier. Once we receive your controllers, your swap is complete, and your transaction is finished.
Customs & Import Taxes
Any import or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Check your local policies regarding import taxes and customs duties.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress until it arrives.
Delays & Uncontrollable Events
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, customs clearance, natural events, or other uncontrollable factors. Please allow extra time during busy seasons or due to unforeseen delays.
Undelivered Packages
If you are not available at your delivery address, or the courier cannot deliver for any reason, the package will be returned to your local post office. You will need to pick it up there.
Wrong or Incorrect Address
Ensure your shipping address is accurate. SwapStix is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Secure Delivery Address
For your security, we recommend providing an address where you can reliably receive packages, such as your home or workplace. SwapStix is not responsible for items lost or stolen if the address provided is incorrect or compromised.
Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is considered complete once the courier updates the shipping system to indicate the package has been made available for pickup.
