Our Standard Swap Guarantee

We offer a 120-day Swap Guarantee on all controllers. If your controller develops a fault during this period (excluding damage from misuse or tampering), we’ll provide a free replacement. It’s our way of making sure you’re always in the game.

How It Works

  • Coverage: 60 days from delivery.
  • What’s covered: Controllers that stop functioning properly without signs of abuse or tampering.
  • How to claim: Email us at support@swapstix.com with your order number and issue description. We’ll send you a return label and replace the controller once we receive the faulty unit.

Extend Your Protection

For just $19.99, you can extend your warranty by an additional year, which means up to 14 months of coverage. It’s perfect for gamers who want extra assurance against unexpected issues.

How to Add the Extended Warranty

  • Purchase during checkout or contact us afterward.
  • The extension applies automatically after your initial 60 days, giving you peace of mind well beyond the standard period.

How to Use the Guarantee & Return Process

  1. Contact us within the coverage period: Send an email to support@swapstix.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization: We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
  3. Return your controller: Pack it carefully using the label and send it back.
  4. Receive your replacement: We ship a new controller usually within 5 business days after receiving the faulty one.

Be sure to keep your controller in good condition and avoid tampering — our warranty is void if the controller is damaged or altered outside normal use.


Returns & Refunds (Outside Warranty)

Our core guarantee is the warranty itself. If you're outside the coverage period or wish to return a controller for reasons other than warranty issues, please contact us first for approval. We do not typically accept returns of controllers that are not faulty or damaged.
