Payment & Security
- Secure Shopping: SwapStix uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology (128-bit encryption) to protect your sensitive information during checkout.
- PCI Compliance: We adhere to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), ensuring your payment data is handled securely and reducing fraud risks.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept AMEX, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Discover, and Apple Pay.
- Your Payment Info: We do not store your full credit card details; only order and billing information, along with the last four digits of your card, are visible to us after purchase.
Shipping Policy
- Within the U.S. Only: We currently ship only within the United States.
- Free Shipping: All orders are shipped free within the U.S.
- Processing & Transit: Handling takes 2-3 business days; delivery typically occurs within 5–10 days from order placement.
- Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- Delivery Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military bases, or unverified addresses.
- Delivery Issues: SwapStix is not responsible for delays due to courier issues, customs, or natural events. If a package is undeliverable as addressed, it will be returned to the post office for pickup.
- Swap Box Details: Your order includes a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Simply pack your controllers, attach the label, and drop the box off with your carrier. We will process your swap once we receive your controllers.
Return & Guarantee Policies
- Warranty & Guarantee: All controllers come with a 60-day Swap Guarantee. If a controller stops working properly during this period (excluding damage or tampering), we will replace it free of charge.
- Extended Coverage: For $19.99, extend your warranty by an additional year (up to 14 months total).
- How to Claim: Contact us with your order number and issue details at support@swapstix.com. We will send prepaid label instructions. Replacement controllers ship within 2 business days after receipt of the faulty unit.
- Returns (Outside Warranty): For non-warranty returns, contact us first for approval. We typically do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective.
- Important: Ensure you return controllers using our prepaid label. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- Limitations: The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, tampering, or excessive wear.
Refund Policy
- If your controller develops a fault within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement at no cost.
- Refunds outside warranty or for returns not covered by our warranty policy generally do not apply unless specifically authorized by us.
- Refund processing takes up to 10 business days after receiving the returned controller.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. SwapStix does not rent, sell, or share your personal information. Your data is used only to process orders and communicate with you directly.
