How To Swap

If you do not return your old controller within the specified seven days, you may be charged for the cost of the new controller. Timely returns are crucial to maintaining our swap program.

Yes, we accept working and broken controllers for swap. But, we do not accept controllers that are physically damaged, smashed or missing parts and pieces.

If you send a controller that does not meet the required condition (excessive damage, missing parts, etc.), the swap may be canceled, and you will be notified.

You can swap out your controller for free within 60 days if it stops working, as long as it's not damaged.

Yes, extend your original guarantee by one year for $19.99, totaling 14 months of coverage.
